Timed Pre-test for vocab sets/modules

It would be great to allow an option to test out of certain words on vocabulary sets to cut down on the quantity of words for students with some outside experience or practice- by showing the English term and asking for the Spanish (short answer), and if a student knows it, it counts as "known" and goes straight to the review category. I'd recommend doing this before even having the vocab list viewable. I'd have the first option "try pre-test?" or "start lesson" buttons upon starting the module.
In the pre-test, students can either type in an answer, or choose an "I don't know" button to skip it and it put it straight onto the upcoming lessons without having to type it out.

Testing out Vocabulary for Students

It would be great to give the students the option to "Test Out" of a vocabulary set. Allow them the opportunity to test out vocabulary terms so they don't have to go through the process with the ones they already know. This way they are able to focus on the terms they really don't get and speeds up their learning process.

We can also edit each list to remove more obvious ones, but this doesn't account for differences between kids. Maybe a pop out where kids can click ""I know this word--let me show you!" and then they need to use it in context or something. In other words, a higher-level performance as a "get out of [jail?] free" card.

This is a great idea!!
