When the students get feedback from a Text Entry question type, you can see from the image that the text runs off the edge of the screen rather than wrapping around.

I have several students who, when they created their accounts, did not capitalize their names. On my rosters, these students are not appearing in alphabetical order (by last name) with the students whose names are capitalized. It seems that the alphabetical sorting is grouped by students with capitalization and then separately for students whose names are not capitalized. This makes the process of transferring grades over to my LMS gradebook more complicated.

How long will it take for tasks to disappear? I graded this, but it is still listed!

Should we be able to see the correct snippet of the YT video being played back when in preview mode for an activity? Does not seem to work. Or do some YT video owners disable that option?

A student told me that she is regularly having problems with the drag-and-drop activities because while she can drop, the cursor won’t always stop where you want it to stop, so she cannot drop the element in the right box

In numbers 4, 14, 15, and 20 of Drill 11 in Lesson 3, the correct answer is marked wrong. It's especially confusing because when you mouse over them, it tells you the right answer - and it's what I put! I think the problem is that the software doesn't recognize that ي (standalone) and ـي (connected) are the same thing.

Is there a way to improve the loading time of the library? It currently takes a very long time to load.

In al-Kitaab 1, Part 1, Drill 12, #1, for example, when I type a conjugated verb + space + preposition, the site inserts "&nbsp" for the space, and the answer is marked as incorrect.

I had a student mistakenly enroll in a course and complete an assignment. I removed him from the course, and he doesn't appear in the gradebook. However, when I went to grade a specific question of the assignment that he mistakenly submitted, his response is still there (and therefore I must grade it in order for it to show that I'm 100% done grading).
